Evaluation

Your first session:

For your first visit, we will assess things such as posture, mobility, strength, and functional movements to identify imbalances or areas of risk. We'll also review your medical history, past injuries, and current fitness level. From there, a personalized training plan tailored to your needs and goals is created.

A personalized, 1 on 1 session that is tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you're bouncing back from an injury or want to optimize performance in some area, we aren't just working out, we're training with a purpose.
